In the last of our series of interviews with the three candidates seeking to replace Representative Gabrielle LeDoux in the State House, Jay Barrett talks today with Democrat Dave Kaplan. Kaplan has been in Kodiak since 1988, and is a graduate of the University of Alaska Fairbanks. He is a filmmaker and a partner in Camera-Q Productions. Kaplan will be facing Andy Lundquist in the Democratic Primary in August. The winner will face Republican Alan Austerman.
