Council Approves $23,000 Purchase To Stem Leaky Water System

The Kodiak City Council last week approved the 23-thousand dollar purchase of device that would allow work crews to find water main leaks with pinpoint accuracy. Given the age of the city’s water system, the "Correlator" could pay for itself in no time. Jay Barrett spoke with Public Works Director Mark Kozak about the device.
