Last week the city of Kodiak finally broke ground at the site of its new police station on Mill Bay Road. It was something that was in the works for literally decades. Maggie Wall, producer of The Leg Head Report was a KMXT reporter 25 years ago and remembers covering the issue back then. She reminisced with KMXT’s Jay Barrett on the day the ground was broken last week.
