Talk of the Rock – City Unionization Question

This week on Talk of the Rock, we discuss Proposition One, which will appear on city of Kodiak residents’ ballots in the municipal election next Tuesday. If passed by city voters, the measure would allow city employees to explore unionization. The city is fighting the proposition. Host Jay Barrett is joined by Kodiak City Manager Aimee Kniaziowski and Public Safety Employee Association Executive Director Jake Metcalf, representing both sides of the issue.
