Kodiak hosted an American Cancer Society Relay for Life for 24 hours this weekend, Friday to Saturday night. Participants walked the track at Woody Way Field to show support and fundraise for those affected by cancer. The relay raises money for research and helps cover transportation costs for people to receive treatment, among other contributions.
KMXT took the opportunity to walk the track with a microphone and talk with attendees.
