Did you know that the Kodiak Island Borough has a junk vehicle program? It will cost you nothing to get rid of your junk vehicle. Just bring in the title to The Community Development Department in the Borough building and fill out an Agreement form. This program is for personal passenger vehicles, ¾ ton or less and must have four suitable tires to allow the vehicle to be towed, and is accessible to a tow truck. Take the responsibility to ensure your unwanted vehicle is disposed of properly.
