The Kodiak recipient is Katelyn Izzo, the daughter of Aviation Maintenance Technician Senior Chief Anthony Izzo, and she’s chosen to attend Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers. Sun’aq Tribe to Open Alutiiq Language Immersion School for Children
