The Borough Planning and Zoning Commission public hearings on the draft revisions to the land use and zoning regulations will continue on February 4th. We will air Governor Bill Walker live on KMXT on Wednesday and Thursday at 7 p.m. First will be the State of the State address and then will be the Budget address.   On Thursday, the Kodiak City Council meeting will be aired live on KODK 90.7 FM after the Island Messenger.
