Kodiak corrections officer charged with sexually assaulting female inmate

A Kodiak corrections officer has been charged with sexually assaulting a female inmate.  Fredrick Fangonilo was arrested and charged Wednesday, May 10 with a felony count of sexual assault in the third degree, according to court records. Kodiak Island Borough Assembly tables discussion on senior property tax exemption until July
