The new Taco Bell – Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant opened in Kodiak this morning, and the line was down the block long before the the first patron was let in. KMXT’s Jay Barrett spoke with Kathy Van Hatten via cell phone as she waited in line just before lunch time.
