This week on Talk of The Rock, we welcome City of Kodiak Library Director Joe D’Elia, who is hosting the Alaska Library Association convention here starting Friday. Also, Toby Sullivan, who is organizing the Second Annual "Kodiak Out Loud" and Moe Bowstern, one of the poets/writers who will perform on Saturday at 7:30 in the Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium.
