Independence Day is almost here and that means its time for fireworks displays big and small.
KMXT’s Diana Gish spoke with some of the people who help make sure that on Kodiak, Independence day is celebrated with a bang.
The Kodiak fireworks display is scheduled for midnight tonight (Friday). The Holts and their crew of volunteers will light the display on Near Island.
