Recent high winds in Kodiak have meant good news for the Kodiak Electric Association. The new wind turbines on Pillar mountain are on-line and generating power. Along with KEA’s president and CEO Darren Scott, KMXT’s Diana Gish went to the mountain top for a closer look.
