Although the weather on Friday hampered incoming flights to Kodiak, including the governor’s, there were still plenty of local and state dignitaries on hand for the official dedication of KEA’s new wind turbines on Pillar Mountain. KMXT’s Diana Gish took a bus to the top of the 1,400-foot peak and filed this report.
