After years of preparation , a master plan for the Kodiak Road System Trails is going forward. At the last regular borough assembly meeting The Kodiak Island Borough approved a contract with the Alta company to create the master plan based on the input of the Kodiak community.
One of the people who’s been working on the plan for years, breathed a sigh of relief when the borough approved the 128,000 dollar contract.
