The Kodiak Art Council’s performing arts series continues this week with a concert by Eileen Ivers. Alaska’s "emerald island" should be a perfect fit for the world-renowned fiddler. Ivers won nine national fiddling championships on the "other emerald island." …Not bad for someone who grew up in the Bronx.
