Rifle Fired During Altercation Leads to Arrest

A young Kodiak man was arrested yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon after he allegedly fired a rifle at someone he was in an altercation with. The Kodiak Police Department reports that at about 4:48 p.m. they were called to the 1100 block of Madsen Avenue for a report of gunshots being heard.

Arrested was 19-year-old Dustin Eisenhauer on charges of third degree assault, a Class-C felony. His arraignment in Kodiak District Court was scheduled for today. Nobody was reported injured in the exchange.
