Alaskan Leader Supports the Work of 13 Local Groups

Contributions to several community groups were made this week thanks to the support of the Alaskan Leader Fisheries Foundation.The collective made contributions to thirteen groups including KMXT. Another group that benefited was the Kodiak High School FFA Program.

Other organizations that received the contributions included the Baranov Museum, the Brother Francis Shelter, Kodiak 4-H, the Kodiak Island Volleyball Club and the Kodiak Kingfishers swim club. The Kodiak Christian School was the site of the gathering this week. They also received a check of support as did Peterson Elementary school, St. Mary’s and the Kodiak Booster Club

The funds were distributed on Tuesday afternoon.
