Candidates for Kodiak Island Borough Assembly at Forum

Two of the three candidates running for borough assembly spoke at Tuesday’s candidates’ forum. There are two open seats. Incumbent Louise Stutes is running for re-election was joined by political newcomer Carol Austerman. A second seat is open as Pat Branson has decided to run for city council. The third candidate is Scott Arndt who was absent. The forum was moderated by Bill Oliver. The following is the 24-minute segment in its entirety.
