Members of the Kodiak community gathered recently for a forum on suicide prevention. Two of the organizers of that event appeared on KMXT’s Friday Morning Show. Join host Diana Gish for a conversation with Emily Arnick, the manager of the Indian Alcohol and Substance Abuse Program for the Native Village of Afognak and John Eaton, the director of the Employee Assistance Program for the USCG in Kodiak. They’d like to continue the dialogue on suicide prevention in future forums and to spread a message of hope for those who need it.
