"Shanghai Kate" has decided to make Kodiak her home. Tonight (Friday, Nov. 26) she’ll offer a slide show lecture on the history of tattooing from 6 to 8 p.m. at the American Legion Hall. She spoke with Diana Gish about her part of that history on the KMXT Friday Morning Show.
