Staff Sergeant Jay Baldwin of Kodiak is the operations non-commissioned officer at the Kodiak Armory of the Alaska Army National Guard. He spent a year deployed in Bagdad during 2005 and 2006. He spoke with KMXT’s Jay Barrett during the Monday morning newscast about the death of terrorist Osama Bin Laden.
