UFO Researcher Explains Why Kodiak Could Be Likely Site for Visitation

Kodiak Island looks beautiful from the sky, there are few trees, and even fewer people, all of which combine to make it one of the most likely places on the planet for a future UFO landing.

A UFO researcher recently named Kodiak Island number 4 on the top ten list of best landing sites for a mass UFO visitation.

KMXT’s Maggie Wall has more.

You can hear Maggie’s full interview with UFO researcher Diane Tessman on KMXT’s Talk of the Rock Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. right after the Midday Report.

(UFOs in Kodiak 4:30 SOC)

Diane Tessman studies UFOs and other New Age issues from her home in Iowa. She published her predictions of the most likely UFO landing spots on her website in June.

Kodiak Island ranks number 4 on a top 10 list of the best places on the planet for an alien to land. And while the aliens generally would prefer to avoid military bases, Kodiak’s Coast Guard bas doesn’t seem to pose a problem.

-((UFOs in Kodiak :50 "We looked at it…the natural places of Earth."))

Tessman readily admits that she got help with her landing prediction. When she says "we" she is referring to herself and her alien advisor Tibus (Tie-bus).

-((:06 Tibus just thought he’d land there."))

Tessman first became aware of her alien helper after a UFO experience as a child. Her decades-old relationship with Tibus has been positive, with her alien directing many of Tessman’s predictions-and encouraging her use of logic and intuition.

She says Tibus walked her through the process of searching for ideal landing sites;

-((Choosing Kodiak :31 "I just sat down…think that."))

While she can’t say when the landings will occur, Tessman claims the increased number of UFO sightings throughout the world as evidence that aliens are indeed interested in Earth. She says it has an ecological component:

-((Enviornmental problems :31 "With environmental problems….a lot of sightings."))

Tessman says she has a comfortable relationship with her alien, but she predicts that a mass UFO landings would be a major reality check for the planet:

-((Landings threaten religion, politics :17 "It would absolutely..and militaries."

Tessman is a former school teacher who has researched UFO’s and enlightenment issues for 30 years. She says she’s been tested and is totally sane, and people can believer her or not:

-((Tibus and she are sane 1:07 "Well I would say…I was a fruitcake."))

She takes her gift of intuition seriously and feels it’s important to give something back to the planet. She does that by using part of the income from her newsletters and website to care for several dozen abandoned animals at a shelter on her property.

I’m Maggie Wall.
