Retired Kodiak educator Stacy Studebaker was named this year’s recipient of the Celia Hunter Award. She was chosen by the Alaska Conservation Foundation to receive the award based on her lifetime dedication to environmental activism and education. She was in Anchorage last week to receive the honor.
