Minor Under the Influence of Meth and Alcohol Cited

Alaska State Troopers responded last Saturday to a disturbance on Tugidak Drive. At 12:30 a.m. a 16-year-old Kodiak male was found to be highly intoxicated, under the influence of both alcohol and methamphetamine.

Troopers cited the youth and released him to the custody of his mother who then transported him to Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center.
