Wrestling Tourney Turns Up One Team Short

Jay Barrett/KMXT

Two schools are in town for tomorrow’s Robin Hervey Wrestling Tournament. They’ll compete in dual matches this evening and in the round-robin format tomorrow.
At 4 p.m. the Chugiak Mustangs and the Palmer Moose will hit the mat. At 6 p.m. Kodiak takes on Chugiak and at 7:30 the bears turn around and take on the Moose.
The Robin Hervey Tournament begins at 11 tomorrow morning. The tournament is one team short this year. Activities Director Bryan Ferris said the season has changed for small schools, which often round out the field, and they’re at their regional tournaments this weekend.
