It’s just about the halfway point in the Alaska State Legislature’s 2016 session. KMXT’s Jay Barrett spoke with House District 32 Representative Louise Stutes of Kodiak about what headway she sees being made in addressing Alaska’s budget shortfalls. Stutes will be returning to Kodiak Friday for the weekend, and is inviting residents to meet with her at her office in the Legislative office at the corner of Center Ave. and Upper Mill Bay Road.
