Beyond the Cover Feature: 2 feature interviews this month with Authors that are visiting the Kodiak Public Library on April 15th from 7-9pm.  Fran Kelso is bringing Alaskan Attitudes and Abigail B. Calkin is bringing The Night Orion Fell & The Soul of my Soldier: Reflections of a Military Wife, for the Kodiak Public Library’s Author Meet & Greet & book signing.  In this Episode, Fran and Abigail discuss what inspired them to write, as well as a few stories about what it’s like to live in Alaska.

Lively LibChats: Jordana Long stops by the station to discuss the upcoming Shakespeare week and her Reading of Twelfth Night at the Kodiak Public Library April 24th, Bob Ross discusses his upcoming workshop the Library is offering in May called “Drawing for Shy People,” and Celia Whitehead stops by to discuss the Youth Story Slam Event happening later this month at the Gerald C. Wilson Auditorium, sponsored by KIBSD, the Sun’Aq Tribe of Kodiak, and Galley Tables.
