Beyond the Cover Feature: Sara Loewen joins us this month to share with us from her book Gaining Daylight, as well as to talk about The Salmon Project, including Made of Salmon: Alaska Stories from The Salmon Project, in which Sarah is also featured; along with over 50 other contributors from Kodiak and Alaska. Sarah grew up in Noatak, Old Harbor, and Kodiak, and currently lives and works in Kodiak during the winter and spends her summers with her family at a setnet site in Uyak Bay.
