Talk of the Rock: Input Sought on Updating Borough Parks and Rec Plan

The Kodiak Island Borough’s Parks & Rec Plan hasn’t been updated since 1981. A lot has changed since then. For instance, back then the top three recreational activities were driving for pleasure, picnicking, and sport fishing.
