Talk of the Rock: Kodiak Teen Court, New class starts Nov. 5

Kodiak Teen Court helps young offenders to get back on the right track by allowing the option of using a peer court system instead of the regular criminal system. The new class to train the teen legal teams begins Nov. 5. But it is also an interesting class for those who just want to learn more about law and justice.
