KMXT celebrates its fifth annual Bear Crawl fundraiser

This past weekend, KMXT hosted the annual Bear Crawl obstacle race fundraiser. The station had over 75 participants come out to the fairgrounds on Saturday to navigate through a series of fun challenges — a rope wall, tire runs, and the famous mud pit crawl, among others! Kids participated too, in a shortened version of the course (still including the mud pit, of course!). With help from our many KMXT volunteers, it was another successful yearly event to raise money for local radio programming.

A list of the winners:

Ages 16-18: Ian Cross (8:43) and Lillie Bowen (16:21)

Ages 19-29: Jairom Barnett (10:37) and Chloe Ivanoff (9:49)
