Northeast winds 30 to 40 mph becoming Northwest with gusts as high as 50 mph in exposed locations. Visibilities one quarter mile or less at times. * WHERE...Kodiak Island. * WHEN...From 3 PM Friday to 5 AM AKST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
