  • The second “Blob,” a massive marine heat wave in the North Pacific, appears to be subsiding, for now,
  • Ketchikan city council is skeptical that a proposed program backed by the cruise industry will replace the Ocean Rangers,
  • The M/V Matanuska will not return to service in early March. Repairs to the broken ferry have yet to begin.
