- The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly meets in a double meeting tonight by teleconference. An ordinance for the Emergency Meeting would allow assembly members to attend meetings by teleconference. The public hearing for that ordinance is during regular meeting. KMXT will broadcast live at 6:30 p.m.
