Kodiak requires all persons arriving from out of town to quarantine 14 days

KMXT received this announcement from the city of Kodiak on Friday afternoon. It has been lightly edited for clarity.

All persons arriving in Kodiak must self – quarantine as follows:

  • 14 days from the time of arrival for those who have traveled by
    plane ; or
  • 14 days from the date of departure from the LAST PORT OF
    CALL for those who have traveled by boat.

All vessels must check in with the harbor master office
VHF Channel 16 or Channel 12 or (907) 486-8080

Any person who becomes ill should remain in quarantine and call one
of the following for health information :

  • General Health Information : 211
  • Kodiak Community Health Center : (907) 481-5000
  • Mill Bay Health Center : (907) 486-7300
