BREAKING: COVID Case Number 6 announced Thursday afternoon, City Manager urges everyone to wear a mask while out

BREAKING:  Kodiak has had a sixth case of COVID-19 confirmed as of noon Thursday. 

More information is coming, but the announcement was part of the regular Thursday live update from the Kodiak Emergency Operation’s Center.

There are currently three ‘”active” cases and three “recovered” cases within the Kodiak Island Borough, according to Elsa DeHart, with the Public Health Services.

This is a breaking story and we will have more information as it becomes available.
