UPDATE: Fourth case of COVID-19 is non-resident, seafood worker

Public health officials announced Monday morning that fourth known COVID-19 case in the Kodiak Borough is a non-resident seafood worker, and is isolated and being monitored. The contact investigation is complete.

If you have not been contacted it means that any contact you may have had with the individual does not pose a significant risk to your health.

We continue to encourage our citizens to follow the Centers for Disease Control (www.CDC.gov) recommendations for precautionary measures.
