A press release from the Kodiak Island Borough School District from Friday evening contained the following;
“The Kodiak Island Borough School District is aware of an investigation of a former employee at the Kodiak Middle School. The District reported concerns to the Kodiak Police Department on February 17th, 2021. The investigation has since been turned over to the Alaska Bureau of Investigation… The District is cooperating fully with this investigation. Please know that, due to privacy concerns and the ongoing nature of the inquiry, we are unable to answer any questions at this time.”
