Kodiak adds 10 active COVID-19 cases in 48 hours, one new hospitalization

Another rush of new COVID-19 cases has brought Kodiak to 14 active cases, 10 of those being reported in the last 48 hours.

Among these four new cases were two travel related cases, one community spread case, and one close contact case, bringing the total case count since the start of the pandemic to 1091 cases locally.

The EOC reported one new hospitalization in today’s update, reporting 43 hospitalizations to date locally due to COVID-19, up from 42. Total deaths locally to date due to COVID-19 remains unchanged at five.
