On today’s Midday Report with host Terry Haines: More than 40 Wrangell residents are helping bring the musical “The Sound of Music” to the stage this week. A young climate activist from Ketchikan was one of two Alaskans named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list this year. The U.S. Senate passed a bill to protect same sex marriage yesterday, with the support of both Alaska senators.
