Midday Report October 23, 2023

On today’s Midday Report with host Terry Haines: Vic Fischer, the last living signer of Alaska’s constitution, died yesterday at his Anchorage home. Subsistence concerns were a major topic of discussion at the Alaska Federation of Natives convention on Friday.  And two teenagers will pay fines, and forfeit their guns and hunting licenses, for illegally shooting two brown bears in Sitka.
