On today’s Midday Report with host Terry Haines: As the rivers in southwest Alaska freeze, the final fuel barges are sailing through tricky waters. Alaska’s  state division of public assistance have worked through some of a large backlog in SNAP applications. And the state is suing a group of homeowners over easements near Campbell Lake in South Anchorage.
