On today’s Midday Report with host Terry Haines: Anchorage’s biggest emergency cold weather shelter now has bed capacity for up to 360 people. After some record-breaking cold temperatures in Southeast Alaska much of the panhandle is in for a wet Christmas. And an environmental group has filed a complaint seeking to halt use of federal wildlife restoration funds for predator control.
