The University of Alaska Fairbanks has just published a new book called "The Dene-Yeniseian Connection."
The book, which is a joint venture between the school’s Anthropology Department and the Native Language Center, offers new evidence about the existence of a Dene-Yeniseian language family. The findings could finally substantiate the long debated link between Asia and Native groups of North America.
