First Time in 30-Years State Population Declines

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) — An aging baby boomer population and a stagnate birthrate have caused Alaska’s population to fall for the first time since the 1980s recession. Governor Using Fuel Savings to Help Keep Ferries Running
