Just bring in the title to The Community Development Department in the Borough building and fill out an Agreement form. This program is for personal passenger vehicles, ¾ ton or less and must have four suitable tires to allow the vehicle to be towed, and is accessible to a tow truck.Take the responsibility to ensure your unwanted vehicle is disposed of properly.
