Alaska Legislature sends $300k in salmon donations to Ukraine

More than a year into the war in Ukraine, Alaska’s government is doing its part by sending aid in the form of Alaskan seafood. Magnitude 5.6 earthquake strikes near Old Harbor, no tsunami expected

A magnitude 5.6 earthquake struck about 22 miles south of the village of Old Harbor Monday night, about 70 miles southwest of the city of Kodiak. Kodiak vessel fined over $200k for OSHA violations

A Kodiak-based seafood processing vessel has been fined $208,983 by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration. ASMI talks international markets with House Fisheries Special Committee
