KMXT 100.1 FM Public Radio in Kodiak, Alaska
Today is the last home race for the Kodiak High School Bears cross country team – and the last home race for senior runner Trevor Dunbar. The races against Grace Christian will be at Fort Abercrombie this evening. The JV girls start at 5 p.m., with the JV boys at 5:45. The varsity girls will run at 6:30 and the boys at 7.
Coach Marcus Dunbar reminds fans to not park on the side of the road into the park, but rather at Bayside Fire Hall instead.
There will also be a co-ed 4-by-1-mile relay race out at the Bear Valley Golf Course tomorrow morning, starting at 9 a.m.
