Kodiak Jayhawk Crew Conducts First SAR Out of Barrow

Lt. Vincent Jansen, an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter pilot from Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak, forward located in Barrow, briefs a North Slope Borough police officer as he prepares to launch for a search and rescue mission involving a hiker that fell from a cliff in the Brooks Range today (Thursday).
